daylzzz nightmares per se could not be the main cause, though it could aggravate other existent problems, such as cardiac or thoracic (breathing)problems...or in some cases it could be acute pancreatitis.

daylzzz i used to be a leaper when i was in college, but now that i am finished with it i cant seem to get out of bed easily. my body seems to be more tired, just when i am no longer doing anything! its wierd...but i get what you are saying, the first few minutes...
