debdoot The PC is working fine now.......... thanks for all ur comments.... It seems that the H/W was not working properly... There was a lot of dust inside the PC. So I disassembled all the parts cleaned the dust and reassembled it... And after that it's been working...

debdoot I've checked the startup programs already.... it's working in a selective startup mode with basic regular services... it seems more like a H/W problem to me.....
