Is fat good for loosing weight - if yes, what sorts of fats?

Some years ago, we thought that fat made us gain weight, but research has show it is the other way around.. some seem to lose weight by eating fat. The carbs seem to be the culprit What do you think?

Jojo @buenavida I consume mustard oil, vegetable oil and rice bran oil. Organic butter is a thing new to me. Need to check it.

Marja I can't advertise here, but I can send a PM to the company I have learned from. Good fats . like coconut oil can help to absorb the nutrition from the food we eat
