Tv and laptop at the same time

I can not use the net and chat or read unless the tv is open, I tried once to use my net and do anything online with no TV but was not fun do you also open the TV when you open your laptop?

its healthy doing that, take everyday vitamins, but I know that vitamins if above the range it lead to more sickness, so how often should we do blood work to see vitamins levels

I do believe in detox to some limit only

Detox drink are not fully true in cleaning the body, drinking water is cleaning sometimes more, did you try any detox and really helped?
