distorsi hi there... basically linux now almost looks like MS.Windows... we can operate linux OS on GUI mode. but most of people who run linux love to run some activity in CLI (Command Line Interface / Terminal) because its faster than we run in GUI in my opinion...

distorsi make sure u already unchecked the "Hide extension for known files" in folder option. n see that files, if its still *.ini so u can see that files, try to see it carefully. it can be better if u use notepad++. u can see how the configration setting on that...
