djamparing If I am not mistaken Cak mis on Jalan raya darmo or bintoro near sinar and darmo hospital. If the cak mis you mean the guy who is famous with his kepala pusing, mbok enom,etc

djamparing stairs is better for your cardio but it good for severe floors you would like to go. But for 7 floors up I choose elevator. So use stairs should be choosen when you're not such in hurry and your body feel well
