I'm sitting here doing my EZ Krunch as I read posts and comments. I'm hoping to at least look respectable this summer. I'm wondering if any of you have some sort of exercise you do while at the computer. Let us all in on it.

dm74728 It came out years ago. Not sure how many. It's just an aperatus you hold between your legs and the top you push down on looks something like a pogo stick handle. There are bands on it to make your back, arms, and abs work hard to push it down. It works great...

He loves cat food and all sorts of people food. I keep dog food out for him but he just wont eat it. He loves vegetables. How can I get him to eat dog food? I've tried so many!!
