dmm1932 I have heard that anti-depressants, especially in teens, can have pretty serious side effects (suicidal thinking and severe depression). You would think doctors would think twice about giving these kids these medications.

dmm1932 Very interesting. I think I will check these two authors out. Anything that helps is worth it, right. You can always improve your ability to manage stress better with some further knowledge. Thanks for the info.
