dnbc87 with the budget that you present... it is in my opinion that you won't be able to buy a laptop... netbooks are in that price range... like MSi, Neo, and eMachines... laptops here in the PH are a little bit more expensive than in other countries. try going on...

dnbc87 students cheat because they don't want to fail in subjects... in terms of not studying, it may be because the student did not have time, is too lazy to really study, the student did not know that there will be an exam or quiz, or maybe he/she really does not...

dnbc87 Yup, it did. Try downloading from file hosting sites that support download managers (e.g. mediafire.com) or download a file from download.com (cnet). The secret is segmentation. ^_^
