I started going to gym at 8pm and I noticed I could not fall asleep till 2-3am. I couldn't figure out why I can't sleep. I stopped drinking coffee and it didn't help then my daughter told me that at college people workout late...

I have used my frequent flyer miles several times for travel. I am earning miles for using my visa every month. Earlier I never used my miles and let them expire, what a waste. How do you earn miles and have you used them?
