doli64 In my company,there is a different between probation time and formal time.Usually is more higher.I advice you need to learn the company culture,that means to learn what about other colleague. and to know your boss. That will make thing more easy.trust me.

doli64 most of us start to work, the salary is low. I think that is not the reason your live your company. If you want to leave,you need to think if the job have a good future,if I can learn more,I think that is the important thing. Right?
