dznurani in my country citibank most famous product is credit card. almost everyone use it. for loan people would chose to get it from local banks with lower interest than citibank (foreign bank usually have higher interest rate)

dznurani well I used to work in a bank too and that kind of case often happen. all we need to do to prevent this is notice whom you speak with. write down his/her name, the date of the conversation, and time.
