elfstone I tip no matter what, but if the service is good then I tend to tip more. I think that's how it should be no matter what. :)

elfstone Giving up smoking is never easy, just try cutting back until you eventually give up. Or get patches or the chewing gum. If that fails try having a lolly pop when you're craving a cigarette.
