do sleeping pills help?

i'm suffering from insomnia and my friend advised me to use these sleeping pills.do you think i should use them? will they help?

ellisspas I think it just depends on what they are. My husband has problems sleeping sometimes and has tried several different sleep aids, and we have found that acouple of benadryl before he goes to bed does the trick.
