elmo1211 personally, i don't think taking sips of water in between the exercise would do any harm. if it would help you to push more and enjoy the exercise more, the better. the sip would help ease the feeling of dryness around the throat and lip area while we do a lot...

elmo1211 i spend about a few minutes on mylot once or twice a week, after i check on my e-mails. my schedule at work has been crazy and i don't do internet much these days. i also haven't made any friend requests because i don't stay here that long. =)
