AbdulAziz Yes, it's like that, sometimes we shouldn't be too dependent on medicines, even if the medicine from the doctor is good. Massage is also good for health and relaxation.

AbdulAziz @Shavkat usually my wife makes it with instant noodles. So the noodle seasoning is added to the sardines. just add enough water. plus additional cayenne pepper, tomatoes and vegetables according to taste.
