What is the one dessert that you can't do without? For me, it is cheesecake. I don't care what kind it is, I absolutely love it. IF I had to choose a favorite type of cheesecake, it would be caramel apple. What is your favorite?

DW Davis I do love cheesecake and my favorite by far is my youngest son's homemade cheesecake. He's worked on his recipe and method for years and I believe he's close to perfection.
