What is the one dessert that you can't do without? For me, it is cheesecake. I don't care what kind it is, I absolutely love it. IF I had to choose a favorite type of cheesecake, it would be caramel apple. What is your favorite?

Mike @emmyrose420 its really nice and very quick and easy to make. also you can use any soft fruit, doesn't have to be the classic eton mess with strawberries.
