Anna @Erinnn41 I went and I found everything I needed. The situation is very normal here for what concerns the stores, people are only buying the few things they need, the shelves well stored, I have not seen panic.

Anna @Erinnn41 I have irritable bowl syndrome and I know that I cannot eat some foods, gluten is not a big problem, but insoluble fibers are. Once we know what to avoid we feel a lot better.
