Tonight I made a meatloaf pie. I found the recipe on www.allrecipes.com but improvised some. For example: I used spaghetti sauce instead of ketchup, I also added Thyme, and Chili powder. The photo is how it looked when done....

AnjaP @esfes025 If you are inventive you can cook almost anything in it. Sometimes I put the dinner rolls or morning biscuits in it to bake. You have to use the right rack and know what needs a bit of tin foil to protect the top.
