Is there a way to get online scammers behind bar?

World wide web is just full of scammers. This is possible because they can get away with it. Is there anything being done with this?

ethananthony I'm pretty sure that there's a law for taking advantage of people much more a group of people and it doesn't matter what business you are in. If you can prove and gather enough evidence that this individual is outright fraudulent then that should be enough.

One way to cut down onlline scams is to tighten up on domain registration

Scammers, criminals, minors, almost everyone with credit cards or paypal account can get a domain name and have a website. Maybe if they make getting a domain name a little bit harder like real address verification or something...

Upbux claimed that paypal is no longer reliable. I am getting worried about this issue. Are you guys experiencing problems in paypal just like upbux?

Did you guys check upbux.com lately, it seems totally dead ever since they work on the paypal problem with its members. Somehow paypal frozen people's account there, and it is clear to see that upbux administrator tried to work on...

ethananthony Upbux is a scam. I don't think you can get anything from Paypal because one of their policy is no refund if your money was used from PTC sites. They just don't trust them. I lost a little over $100 but that's not what makes me livid, I have friends invested...

ethananthony I agree with you 100%. The first PTC I invested in is Upbux, and what do you know its a scam. I even researched it and a lot of credible sites and people say its legit. And it does look great when I was making about $5/day and just keep reinvesting it. I...

ethananthony Definitely a scam. Lots of ways to fix their problem and other PTC's have similar problem and was able to fix it. But Upbux just decided to close down and left members hanging.

ethananthony There are lots of ways to cure hiccup. The one that works for me is swallowing rice ball. Not too big so it chokes you but at least close it it. So this maneuver is kind of a dangerous if you don't know the right size for you. I learned from my experience :)
