ewd024 my nutritionist just handed over to me this morning a diet plan,.. hope i can religiously follow, and just consume the required 1200 calories for my built. thanks ;-)

ewd024 BMI of 18.3 kg/m^2 means normal weight -- oh im so envious of you ;-)mine is 28++ kg/m^2 -- long way to go!! ilove the fifth item you said. DONT GO ON DIETS because the body needs the sugar, salt and fat.. maybe ill just stick to the 1200calorie diet plan...

ewd024 thanks, ill try green tea this time. my fave's tazo passion tea, maybe it doesnt really help with my metabolism because its flavored. goodluck, hoping youll find soon the desire, the time and the strength to start working out ;-)
