exclusively_rinku ohhh thanks bala.i am very much fine and hearty.i just wish i get enough time for mylot.i regret those days when i was away from it.but now i am back and it feels really great.

exclusively_rinku hii secretbear i think that is one of me.you have the same thought as me.i am very much introvert and don't get along easily with people.so for me being smart is better than popular.otherwise it will be difficult for an introvert to survive here.LOL.

hello mylot friends,i think people have become more health conscious now a days.they eat healthy,excercise and even try hard to remain happy and avoid stress.people are craving for fitness.but i think the main requirement above...

exclusively_rinku you are right dbhattji.it is because we prepare fresh foods and don't go for processes or canned foods that are very low in nutrition.and people here don't include non-veg foods most ofte in their diet.i think this makes us healthy.

exclusively_rinku i agree.discipline is required in each and every matter.and then how can we avoid that in matters of health.discipline will lead to focus better on diet as well as excercise.thats a nice point friend.
