faeryoftheshire1 Hi Kevinll..I always have a hard time getting to sleep takes me a couple hours and I move around quite a bit but eventually I seem to end up sleeping on my side one had tucked under a pillow so that would most likely be mine.

Are you like me, do you put salt on your food without first tasting it, to see if it really needs more salt? Would it be a better thing to do, tasting first and shaking if needed, second?

faeryoftheshire1 I always taste my food first. I wouldn't want my food to be too salty, yuck! Most food except fresh vegetables and meat already contains salt or is cooked in salt, especially in restaurants so tasting first is definitely a good idea.
