fairweather Ten responses per discussion and only then you get paid. Too bad. Try to ask interesting questions on current topics to generate responses and see what type of questions other people pose. People reply to a topic they find interesting and asking for info.

fairweather Avoid them like the plague. Not get into discussions with them on any topics other than the topic they prefer. You have to learn to deal with their egos dear, especially if the person at the other end is your boss. Learn to inflate his/her ego.
