Beatburn @famidea It's hard to get a trusty nanny where I'm from so my wife has been taking care of our kids full-time and working online part-time. Go for it if it's what you need.

I did some changes with my schedule and I find it effective! Everybody's asleep. No distractions at all. I was able to finish my task faster.
