fattygi shopping and going to the spa (whole body and facial massages) destress me. eating my favourite junk food while watching feel-good-movies/shows also relaxes me. of course longer hours of sleep can also make a lot of difference!

fattygi I would always feel bad everytime they tell me "you are fat" or "you gained weight". But I try not to show that I am affected with their comments by simply saying, "same to you".

fattygi I never had a problem dealing with the "how old are you" question. What offends me is the next comment people say after i tell them my age..."I thought you are older than your sister (2 years older than me) or I thought you have the same age as your husband...
