I can not access my facebook account

I can not access my account,it ask to conform identity. i conform my identity but when i log in it just say you have already conform your identity. can not go to account. what can i do?

fayas123 thank you. You are right. my lecturer ask all thinks at one time. that is the problem. I know there is nothing use to get lot of pen drives.
