I can not access my account,it ask to conform identity. i conform my identity but when i log in it just say you have already conform your identity. can not go to account. what can i do?

As a student I couldn't avoid exams. But personally i not like exams. Good learner can failed in little mistake. Bad learner can pass from chance.
