firefury thanks. i won't keep my hopes up for the sleep part because i work nights. i do get a lot of sleep when i have the opportunity to do so. but yeah, exercise is indeed the best solution. i'm just hoping to boost it up a little. thanks for the add-up.

firefury i know what you mean. i also have a friend who has a pet so dear to her. she has a dog. she learned how to groom dogs so she could do it on her dog for herself. she would bathe the dog as often as needed, and take it to bed with her. the children love the dog...
