forestguide my tips for beginners is to first learn the art of walking,then learn a minimal impact course which you can search in the net. basic thing you'll do is physical preparation and the best way is hiking itself! I suggest you start from from a low land average...

i think spansih guitars are always better as they are so meledious and they can even be converted to some extend into electric guitars by only 1 chord and an amplifier!

forestguide For me the theres no best song in the Beatles only greatest one and those are in the billboard no.1's.I would not say best,but id say that all beatles song are great and fantastic!what really hits me was Lennon's "IN MY LIFE"It is for me the Beatles best.
