fruitcakeliz well...unless you want to institute standardized testing at the polls...you are pretty much stuck. (i would say the same for reproduction.....but...we live in a free country...and voting and reproduction are freedoms that cannot be controlled.....)

So...it has been like what, 3 or 4 days since news about changes to my lot got leaked/announced or whatever?....i must say, i am absolutely amazed at the amount of buzz out there.....and the amount of people making re-appearances...
