I completely accept that I cannot change my past but I have I have suppressed so much that I hurt everyday because of my past, it makes me feel very sad and I don't know how to come out of it. I feel like my heart needs...

geoman169 Don't go off your past, cause that the future will go of you present. I think we must live with the past and take it as a lession for the present and the future Regard
