geopinky yes, in so many ways it can. It can make you feel sick of life, the people around, and sometimes even lead to depression and suicide... Sounds more like you're depressed, usually stomach issues and headaches can be signs of depression ESPECIALLY if doctors...

I do it very often actually. I try to listen to what my friends say but sometimes i just get distracted and nod yes to everything they say. Eventually though they finally ask me if i'm even listening. :P
