ggggdddd I like fruit salads as well, no I don't eat fruit everyday it's hard to keep them fresh for everyday, without going out to buy more fruit. I think I would like to eat a fruit three times a week, my favorite is nectarines,pairs,strawberries, and tangerines.

ggggdddd I believe you would want to eat the fruits before a meal so that it will curve your appetite and you will not eat to much food, and that's a good thing to help stay in shape. You may not want the fruits if you wait til after a meal.
