I hope everyone had a nice Christmas and got what they wanted! Hubby bought me a telescope, I've wanted one for ages!!! I love it! :-) Kids were spoilt rotten, as usual :-)

Busy day yesterday, couldn't sleep last night, I think I finally got to sleep about 5am! Loads to do today but just haven't got the motivation, I feel like a zombie!!!

Had a nice lazy day today, but I feel a bit poorly now! Blood sugar is sky high, 33.7mmol to be exact :-( Pretty bad considering it should be between 4mmol and 7mmol! More insulin it is then! I'm currently writing out a diet and...

Blondie2222 Well I hope you can get your sugar level to where it should be. I plan to go on a diet after christmas also. Sounds like a wonderful trip and if you put your mind too you can lose the weight in time.

Dentist has cancelled, again!! This is the second time I have spent £15 to get to the dentist, just for them to cancel my appointment!!! Not very happy now :-(

AmberLynn I guess the 15 is the travel fare? Here in the States most doctor's offices will call if they need to cancel, I would imagine it to be much the same in the UK? I would not be very happy and might even be looking for another dentist.

AmberLynn @Ggsmummy It's funny how they expect us to call 24 hours in advance if WE need to cancel (or we get charged) but if THEY need to cancel, they don't do that. Atleast we have a charge if we don't call and cancel within 24 hours, I don't know how it works over...

Blondie2222 I'm sorry they canceled on you again when you were almost already there and have to pay a fee to get there. They always want us to call 24 hours in advance or they will charge us for not canceling. Well we should charge them for how many times they cancel on...
