ghanser Absolutely it is good for us to laugh. When you feel good your body tends to respond in the same matter. Many times I have had doctors tell me keep your frame of mind in check in order for your body to work its best.

ghanser I actually enjoy it. I prefer not to spend money on useless foods and pick stuff that is good for you. My wife likes sugar cereals and fast setup foods which are unhealthy. We have two kids and I wasn't raised that way.
