gmchun83 I never call but i only send email or create ticket support.It will be more easy.Capture the error message then send to support.Call is very difficult.Their may speak different with our languages even just a english languages.The standard is different.

im a fan of windows xp,ived started 98,2000, xp pro... but recently i install vista ultimate in my pc...the thing is my computer slows down,i even manage to get another ram my memory is 1.0gb...well it became faster for about 20%...
