gomommygo I can't believe some of those people... my hubby said it's their friends and families fault for not telling them the truth that "they can't sing!". I LOVE to hear the great ones sing... LA LA LA LA LA

gomommygo Me too! I used to not watch the auditions as much, but that's what my husband likes... I like the last few weeks the best.

gomommygo I agree that Simon can be harsh..but all and all, I usually agree with him. I prefer the talent also. I love watching someone's dream come true.

gomommygo If I were recruiting sales people, I would try to find a site specific to sales professionals, other than that I guess I would recommend Careerbuilder. Monster is just SO expensive....but does tend to draw professionals. Who else are you looking at?

gomommygo Nice to meet you! So, you're not an independent headhunter or work for a staffing company, but recruit for one specific company -- sale and franchice managers for that specific company. Correct? I have to tell you, the best sales people are busy...
