Why does my system restart every time I try to download an antivirus program? I'm using windows XP. I think my computer has a virus, but I can't seem to download any antiviral programs off the net. Can anybody help me?

I have a six year old Gateway that runs XP. My new computer will have Vista. Will I be able to connect them by a LAN or do they need the same OS? Also, can you connect two desktops with crossover cables from the network cards...

good1030 I think it is because you and your boyfriend also knew each other through internet so you felt qualms when your boyfriend talked to others online. Maybe you should try to let yourself trust your boyfriend since you both love each other.
