goolonga yeh, abbreviations are rather popular these days, but sometimes it gets confusing with the nvm and the dw and the roflmao. its especially confusing when they cross over such as btw, which can mean by the way or be that way its mindblowing

goolonga no, i think its here to stay, for many many years. Until someone zany enough to think of something even more convenient and outrageous. lol is also used in place of things when people having nothing better to say cant think of anything? just say lol

i have had the same phone since may 2006. it is a red lg u8330 and it isnt the best phone in the world (not the worst either) but its old and i want a new one. the part of the metal on the front as part of the design has come off...

anybody made any cool pictures on paint? i dont mean just like full on pictures, i mean like also if anyone has gotten an original image and "spruced it up" a bit. i have made a couple, one is my avatar, another is a kangaroo...

goolonga lol, why thank you modstar. that gives me some self confidence in my skills on paint. i dont really do it as a hobby, i was just trying to waste about half an hour. (ended up taking a lot more, pretty time consuming) but at least it kept me mildly entertained....

goolonga i am too lazy to go and buy my own phone, so i let my parents do it for me. but they will only get me a new phone if it is defective on its own. unfortunately i am a very clumsy person, so my carelessness will not work in this situation

goolonga maybe you should get a mp3 player. you dont have to go get the latest ipod or anything expensive. these days you can pick up a mp3 player for around $20. it wont be top of the range or nothing, but it will play music and thats all that matters

goolonga that is a good point. but i find some soft songs put me to sleep and therefore make me less alert on what i am doing. but heavy music keeps me awake and alert....so i guess there are ups and downs with soft and heavy music while working

goolonga music helps you memorize? hmmm...sometimes i find that after ive done my homework and i have to recall what i was revising i get the song stuck in my head. does that happen to you too?
