I feel angry sometimes, that i wanted to scream, box him, yell at him, throw anything to him, but no, i wasn't able to do it, yet i cry hard and find hurting myself, how do you handle the situation if you feel so?

gotetet that i always do.... if i keep asking God's help it made me strong enough to fight my anger.

gotetet hi dev, at first, i thought i'll be sick too, but when i tried it, it helps me much. just try eating light food, one which is easily digested like oats with fruits.
