What are some things I can do to lower my blood pressure? I've been cutting sodium everywhere possible. I'd like to know what else I can do, because I'm only 23 and dont want to be on medication for the rest of my life.

graciewacies I think it was around 140/92 and now it is 120/72 but I need to check his book later to be sure. He eats one mini Hershey's Dark Chocolate Bar. Just one of those little bitty chocolate bars. I hope it works for you because it has helped my husband so much.
