i am a lazy person and i know it is not a good thing to be lazy. so I drink tea, coffee, take some rest or listen very loud music to beat it.. what you do when you feel lazy. does anyone has any better solution to my problem???

Babes Says @grakhee Yes it will make changes but try going for a walk on an empty stomach. There is more benefit in that.
