Obtaining appropriate rest is necessary. We won't function properly if we're not obtaining enough sleep and it also decreases our memory.

I think the best way to maintain a healthy body is a sport, either at an early age and in adulthood or play a sport will always keep you in shape and you create a lifestyle that will be beneficial both physically and mentally....

I agree as well. Taking up a sport to maintain ourselves doesn't even feel like work, whereas exercising really sucks for me. I am very much a sports person. Also, since I love dancing Zumba is a great option too.
