blueskies I would love to get him under the care of a psychiatrist. Unfortunately, we have medicaid and there are very few psychiatrists that will accept our kind of insurance. I keep looking, though.

If you are a rapid cycler, how do you deal with it. It can be so exahausting sometimes to cycle back and forth, back and forth. Any ideas to help stop it when the medicine doesn't?

Amber Counseling does give us bipolars some tips to handle rapid cycling. Nothing is fool proof, but counseling is often dismissed thinking it won't help. I go to counseling once a month, and with medication too, it truly makes a difference.
