gunsgirl Thanks for writing, and yes I have a doctor therapist and group therapy once a week. And I do have family support somewhat they just don't understand Bipolar. I use to take B complex and thanks for reminding me and I'm going to restart them again tomorrow....

gunsgirl I have Bipolar and on Lamictal. I take 600 mgs a day. It's also a mood stabilizer and I love it! But best advice call doctor. Good Luck:)
