what is the best way to cook grilled chicken?

I am trying to start dieting and I always marinade my chicken in a rub that I buy in the seasonings aisle. It gives it flavor but I am tired of doing the same thing to my chicken. What are some other low-fat ways to cook...

gunsgirl you can try two teaspoons of lemon juice and one teaspoon of garlic(in the jar) and two teaspoons of soy sauce . Marinate the chicken and then grill, place in salad and add purple onions on top. Yummy. Good Luck with your diet.
