misskatonic You want to look for foods made with soy milk. Are there any natural health food stores in your area, or organic food stores? I know you can get vegan products at Trader Joe's, and there are plenty of small vegan stores that cater specifically to vegan...

valkyries86 You could make something like vegetable and rice casserole or rice and beans. Just make sure you read all the labels. Almost everything has milk and egg ingredients. There are also many different helpful vegetarian websites on the internet.

Any simple ways to fix a computer that's getting slow?

My computer seems to be getting slower all the time. My friend defragmented it a couple months ago, but that didn't help. I'm wondering if it's a worm or virus, but I have McAffee. Any ways to fix this???

nancygibson What I would do is start by clearing all your cookies, then do a disc cleanup, then do a defrag. Often this will clear all sorts of junk that you didnt even know was there, I would normally do this at least once a month to keep my machine running as smoothly...
