harck721 Hmmm... I have to say I'm pretty good at swimming. XD Especially with the backstroke. I won my first amateur competition a few years ago against someone who had been swimming far longer than me in the backstroke race. So yes, I'm proud of that one skill....

How Can I Fight Sleep?

harck721 One thing I suggest is to take a stroll. Not an extremely long one that would tire you out, but something to get your blood running. Whenever you start feeling sleepy, try standing up and stretching. Take a break; wash your face and then get back to work....

harck721 A thought that encourages me to do my best is that "Every little bit of effort counts" and "If I won't start it, then who will?" It gets me through my days not regretting not having done something. I like your motivation as it seems very positive indeed.
